Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to exchange or return an item please email us first at hello@pippinschildrenswear.com

 

RETURNS.

Please state the invoice number and the item you wish to return with a reason for the return. 

Please return within 21 days of receiving them, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. 

Once we have received your item we will refund the full amount of the returned item excluding postage costs to the same payment method used when ordering. 

To avoid any custom charges please mark clearly 'RETURNED GOODS.'

 

EXCHANGES

Please state the invoice number and the item you wish to exchange and the size you wish to exchange. We will respond as soon as possible to inform you if the size you wish to exchange is available. 

If the size you wish to exchange is not available at the time we will issue a refund/credit note (excluding postage costs).

Please note due to small batch production we have limited stock and sizes but will endeavour to accommodate your request.

Please send back items for exchange within 21 days of receiving them, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We spend a lot of time going into quality control in our studio. In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged goods please contact us directly and return the item. We will access the product and either issue a replacement if available or  a full refund which will include any postage costs incurred. 

All items returned are at your own risk , so we recommend using a recorded/tracked postal service.
